I think the biggest shift I have seen with your nutrition consulting is confidence & control- I feel like I am able to view food in a different way- as fuel to perform better. I’m getting better at not feeling guilty about enjoying the foods that make me happy and am working on planning them into my regular days. I’ve got a confidence that I’ve never had before- the ability to run in public in only my sports bra would NEVER have happened before!!
I was pretty new to weight training and normally always chose cardio over weights, but I seriously can't believe the difference lifting weights made to my body. I feel strong and more confident in my skin. I really liked the intensity of the workouts which made me not miss my cardio. I also am proud of making myself commit to tracking my macros - that was definitely a game changer in how my body responded. I would definitely recommend Meryl and her programs!

Having a clear, well-laid out, purposeful program was excellent because I felt very committed to it. Tracking my macros was great, too, because I was more thoughtful about what I was putting in my mouth! I see that strength-training is really changing my body shape.
I was amazed to start noticing definition in my arms and legs after the first couple of months. I feel stronger, and overall healthier. Most importantly, weight training doesn't intimidate me anymore. I am looking forward to starting my next POP Fitness program!
I completed the eye popping program in preparation for a friend's destination wedding. I was skeptical about taking progress photos, but I am so happy I did because I can't believe the changes I made! It was a tough 6 weeks, but it just goes to show what consistency will do.
