June is the gateway to summer (and my birthday month!), so what better way to kick off the summer than with a challenging month of fitness!
My Jump into June fitness challenge is ready for you to start on Monday, June 4th and will help you work up a sweat every week!
This challenge involves only 7 moves and the only equipment you need is a set of dumbbells, hand weights, soup cans, or whatever else you want to use for a little bit of resistance. You can do these workouts anywhere - no gym required!
Each week gets progressively harder as you move through the workouts circuit style, completing 1 round the first week and finishing with 4 rounds of each workout the last week of June.
