Swinging a golf club is an intricate sequence of movements. The effort and power you put into your golf swing puts a large amount of stress on your body. Factors such as strength, flexibility, endurance, balance, mobility, stability and posture all influence the body's mechanics. If there are any limitations with those factors the risk of injury or re-injury increases and there will likely be a decrease in efficiency of the swing and a higher occurrence of swing faults.
Using The Titleist Performance Institute’s (TPI) physical screening assessment Meryl will identify and isolate any physical limitations you may have that are decreasing your efficiency, design a golf specific program to breakdown these limitations and help bring your golf game to a new level with improved fitness. The findings of your assessment can be discussed with your golf professional to ensure optimal communication to get your swing where you want it to be!
