POP Camps

POP Camps are flexible online bootcamp style programs designed for all fitness levels.

POP Camps are for the client looking to add variety & efficiency into their existing fitness regime, looking to increase muscle tone and shape, or for the client looking to kick start a fitness regime.

You choose the length of your POP Camp (4, 6, & 8 week camps available), and choose your focus (upper body, core, or lower body). All POP Camps include two weekly training sessions that you can fit into your own schedule.

All POP Camps include:

Two specific online training sessions per week (upper body, core, or lower body)
Weekly email consultation
Access to POP-arazzi (exercise glossary), POP articles, and POP talk

POP Camps
4 weeks = $55.00
6 weeks = $75.00
8 weeks = $95.00

Each POP Camp is tailored toward a specific goal, so please click on the camp that is right for you.
