Why online training - Does Online Personal Training work?

Absolutely! Online training is a great way for me to help you reach your fitness goals regardless of where you live. I will give you all the tools and direction you will need to be successful with your workout and/or nutrition program. YOU are the one that will have to make the decision and the effort to put in the hard work and make the changes to get the results you want to see.

Online training is also more cost effective and affordable than one on one training. On average Personal Trainers charge $80.00 per hour. If you want to see your trainer twice a week that is $160 per week or $640 per month! This typically does not include any workouts for you to do on your own in between sessions. Typical nutrition programs or advice start at over $100, and again typically do not include weekly meal plans. You could potentially be spending over $740 month on training & nutrition. In contrast my POP-u-lar program which is a 12 week training & nutrition program will only cost you $35 per week or $140 per month!! (potentially a $600 savings per month for an extremely effective program).

Who are your programs best suited for? 

POP programs (POP-u-lar & eye-POPPING) are best suited for women who are ready to commit to a lifestyle change. For women who are ready to take action and no longer want to make excuses for bad eating habits and inconsistent workouts. There isn’t a magic pill to take – it boils down to commitment and consistency with nutrition and physical training. These programs are also great to start with a group of friends. . If you let me know in advance that you have other friends taking the same program (keep in mind all programs are individual & custom designed) I can send my weekly motivational tips and weekly results to the group. This way you can all push and challenge each other for great results – again adds more accountability.

POP Camps (booty-POP, muffin-POPs, POP-eye) are for anyone who is looking to add focused intensity to their training. These plans are based on high intensity training philosophies. They are tough, but very effective and are a great way to add variety into your workouts.

POP Golf is all about golf performance and is based on the Titleist Performance Institute’s training philosophy. Both the TPI Performance assessment & the TPI assessment and workout plan are open to the golfer who wants to overcome any physical limitations that are impeding their swing and affecting their game. (Open to Calgary & area residents only).

Do I have to send my pictures weekly?  (applicable to POP Programs only)

YES! Your pictures are imperative in order for me to monitor changes in your physique, and tailor your program to ensure success. Sending your pictures weekly also holds you accountable to your goals and your success, and lets you see how far you have come! Your pictures are for my eyes only and kept secure and in strict confidence.

Do you offer refunds? 

No. I don't offer refunds for any of my programs. However, you are able to defer your program to a later start date, or a date that is more convenient if you are unable to start at the time of payment.
